1- How to upload your contribution

Once your abstract has been accepted, you will received an e-mail with the subject: Your abstract "Your Title" was accepted". You will then be able to upload your contribution through your account when logged in (menu MANAGE ABSTRACT -> YOUR ABSTRACTS - UPLOAD CONTRIBUTIONS).

Scroll down to your abstract and click on "Upload contribution" (depending on your browser, you may need to scroll to the right to see the button).

If your contribution has not been uploaded, please do it as soon as possible. You will also be able to modify it during the week through your account on https://idsworkshop.aviso.altimetry.fr/.

2- Format of your contribution

All presentations will need to be provided in pdf format, but without any prerequisite template.

Please assemble your presentation so that it is sufficiently commentated to be understandable to all readers. You can for example use PowerPoint with comments and export it to pdf (see example here).

3- Duration of the forum

The forum will be active all week long (October 31 – November 4 2022) so that participants can interact regardless of their time zone.

The forum will remain open two more weeks after the meeting week (until November 18th)
