For the DORIS contribution to the ITRF2013 realization, the CNES/CLS Analysis Center has entirely re-processed the whole DORIS data set for orbit determination and tracking station coordinate estimation. The new processing includes upgrades brought to the GINS/DYNAMO software and a revised list of standards. Compared to the previous contribution for ITRF2008, measurements from the DORIS/DGXX receivers have been included. The objective of this presentation is to discuss the station positioning performances of this new solution. We look at the contribution of each mission with a focus on the DGXX instruments
